DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19  

Australia Post are experiencing significant delivery delays due to COVID-19. Reduced domestic and international flights have seriously impacted their delivery capabilities. You can expect delivery times to be approximately double what they were prior to COVID-19. 
We strongly encourage you to consider selecting Express Post. Although Australia Post will not guarantee next day delivery on Express Post at this time, these items are prioritised and will be delivered faster than regular post. 

Due to borders being closed in a number of countries, there will be significant delivery delays on all orders going to international destinations. Please be patient and try to order well ahead of when you need your items. 

Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Post to ship your orders. All orders will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order. 

Regular Shipping:  $8

Express Post:  $10

 

Shipping to New Zealand

Sent via Australia Post. Please understand that orders can take 10+ business days to get to New Zealand. 

Australia Post Pack and Track International:  $18

 

Shipping to Canada

Sent via Australia Post. Please understand that orders can take 2-3 weeks to get to Canada. 

Australia Post International Parcel with tracking: $20

 

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Sent via Australia Post. Please understand that orders can take 2-3 weeks to get to the UK.  

Australia Post International Parcel with tracking: $20

 

Shipping to the United States of America

Sent via Australia Post. Please understand that orders can take 2-3 weeks to get to the USA.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order has been placed and payment cleared, your parcel will be dispatched within three (3) business days via Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. 

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible however some remote areas may take a little longer. 

 

Given that ALL orders come with tracking, unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any missing packages. 

We will endeavour to do our best to chase up Australia Post if any packages go missing but cannot replace lost parcels due to Australia Post’s or the end country’s postal service handling. 

 

Shipping Returns

If your parcel is returned to us because it has been undeliverable or uncollected, we will refund you the amount of your order, less the shipping costs. Please understand that even if your order isn’t delivered we still have to pay for the shipping. 

 

Payment Options

We offer the following payment options: Paypal, credit card, direct deposit, Afterpay.

Please note that if you choose to pay by direct deposit it can take up to 3 business days for your payment to come through – this will mean a delay in your order being shipped. Direct deposits must be received within 48 hours of the order being placed or the order will be cancelled. 

 

Returns Policy

As a general rule, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on eye patches due to health regulations. All other products may only be returned within 30 days from purchase and all products MUST be in their original packaging and unopened. 

If you have a query about a return/exchange, please email orders@kidseyegear.com.au. 

It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage for any exchange or return and postage for the new item to be sent.
