Payment is required on receipt of order. Direct deposit payments must be made within 48 hours of the order being placed or the order will be cancelled. Orders will not be confirmed until payment is made and this includes the direct deposit appearing in Kids Eye Gear’s bank account.
Payment with Afterpay
Payments made with Afterpay are subject to the terms and conditions of Afterpay. Please note that any notes/comments entered at checkout WILL NOT come through to our ecommerce system. If you are paying by Afterpay and want to leave any notes/comments, you will need to email email@example.com. We apologise for this inconvenience and hopefully this will be rectified soon.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer at the time of purchase. Shipping is provided through Australia Post. All orders to Australian and New Zealand destinations will receive an Australia Post tracking number.
Once an order has been placed and payment cleared, the parcel will be dispatched within the next three (3) business days via Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on the buyer’s location, please check the Australia Post website for letter and parcel delivery times. If you do not receive your order after 10 BUSINESS DAYS please contact us and we will track your parcel.
We will endeavour to do our best to chase up Australia Post if any packages go missing but cannot replace lost parcels due to Australia Post’s handling.
If an item is damaged during shipping Kids Eye Gear will not be held responsible.
ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
Refund & Return Policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on eye patches due to health regulations. All other products may only be returned within 30 days from purchase and all products MUST be in their original packaging and unopened. If you order the wrong size of clothing, we will happily exchange but unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind.
It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage for any exchange or return and postage for the new item to be sent.
If your parcel is returned to us because it has been undeliverable or uncollected, we will refund you the amount of your order, less the shipping costs. Please understand that even if your order isn’t delivered we still have to pay for the shipping.
Complaints & Issues
Should you receive your order and it has not been fulfilled correctly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0414 566 894. We will do our absolute best to rectify the situation. Unfortunately any order issues received after 7 days cannot be addressed.

Health and Safety
Kids Eye Gear is not responsible for any health and safety concerns caused by any product sold on the Kids Eye Gear website. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, Kids Eye Gear shares no responsibility. Any product sold on the Kids Eye Gear website should be used only as directed by your medical specialist.
Blinx products are only to be used by children older than 36 months of age due to the choking hazard. By purchasing Blinx, you are agreeing that the child you are purchasing for, is older than 36 months of age. Blinx do not fit all types of spectacle frames and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that they read the fitting guidelines to determine whether the product is suitable for their child’s frames.
Additionally Kids Eye Gear is not responsible for any damage to person or property caused by the use of any of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to use any product gently and as per the medical practitioner’s recommendation and advice.
